Surrogacy Program Base Fee                                                                                                                       $15,000-$22,000

This fee covers:

• Time expended on matching you with a healthy, pre-screened, and trustworthy surrogate ready and willing to assist in your journey

• Time and expenses expended on advertising should we need to place you on a waiting list and search outside of our own database for your ideal surrogate

• Unlimited matches should our surrogate fail to work out (which is fairly uncommon but is possible)

• Time expended on managing the matching process, including conference calls, face to face meetings, and any required travel that may be necessary during this phase of your journey

• Assistance with coordinating and scheduling appointments

• Assistance with making travel arrangements, if necessary

• Assistance with managing your escrow account and distributing payments

• Assistance with negotiating your surrogacy contract

• On-going case management services throughout your pregnancy and up to 8 weeks after delivery

• Clinic / Legal recommendations (if you do not already have these)

• Credit Restoration recommendations if your credit report is not currently "approval-ready" for financing (to our knowledge, we are the ONLY surrogacy agency that offers this benefit)

• Up to $1000 legal allowance** (to be paid towards contract drafting, etc.)

• Up to $500 medical allowance** (to be paid towards any initial medical expenses not covered by insurance)

• 24/7 Support and access to our team in case of an emergency once you are matched with a surrogate

• Other miscellaneous administrative expenses incurred by our agency

*Please Note: Our "Base" fee starts at $22,000. However, we offer discount opportunities (please see below) that could reduce your agency fee to as little as $15,000 and Financing Options as well. Should you decide to take advantage of the credit restoration program after having a credit report audit and consultation done, there will be an additional fee of $497 which can be credited to your program fee once you become eligible for financing. **Some restrictions apply on legal & medical allowances. Egg Donation Program Base Fee                                                                                                                            $6,000

​

This fee covers:

​

• Time expended on matching you with a healthy, pre-screened, and dependable egg donor

• Time and expenses expended on advertising should we need to place you on a waiting list and search outside of our own database for your ideal egg donor

• Unlimited matches should our egg donor fail to work out (which is fairly uncommon but is possible)

• Time expended on managing the matching process (including conference calls or face to face meetings should that be an option) and any required travel that may be necessary during this phase of your journey

• Assistance with coordinating and scheduling appointments

• Assistance with making travel arrangements, if necessary

• Assistance with managing your escrow account and distributing payments

• Assistance with negotiating your egg donation contract

• Credit Restoration recommendations if your credit report is not currently "approval-ready" for financing (to our knowledge, we are the ONLY surrogacy agency that offers this benefit)

Agape Surrogacy Group offers surrogacy and egg donation program fee discounts based on various opportunities that you may take advantage of. This includes the following:

Fast-Track Intake (FTI) Credit:                 ( - $3,000 off Surrogacy Program / - $500 off Egg Donor Program )

• When you take advantage of either our full service surrogacy program or our full service egg donation program, and you make the decision to act quickly - within 45 days of your initial consultation with us - then we will take $500 - $3,000 off of our program base fee. This reduces the program fee to $5,500 (Egg Donation Program Fee) / $19,000 (Surrogacy Program Fee).

Fast-Track Profile (FTP) Credit                ( - $1,000 off Surrogacy Program / - $500 off Egg Donation Program )

• If you complete and submit your full parent profile packet as well as submit to all initial screening within 14 days of completing your initial pre-profile questionnaire, then we will take an additional $500-$1000 off of your program fee, reducing it to only $5,000 (Egg Donation Program Fee) / $18,000 (Surrogacy Program Fee) - considering the other discounts above have also been applied.

Paid-in-Full (PIF) Credit                            ( - $3,000 off Surrogacy Program / - $500 off Egg Donation Program )

• When you choose to pay your program fee in full at the time of signing our contract, we will take an additional $500 - $3,000 off your program fee reducing it to only $4,500 (Egg Donation Program Fee) / $15,000 (Surrogacy Program Fee) - considering all the other discounts above have also been applied.

Surrogacy/Egg Donation Combo Package

​

• When you take advantage of both our Surrogacy and Egg Donation programs, you will qualify for a 10% combo discount PLUS all of the other "Surrogacy Program" credits listed above (up to an additional $7,000 off). This could reduce your price to just a little over $18,000 for both full service programs combined. This package also qualifies for our in-house financing program.

"Maybe A Baby" Guarantee

​

• This guarantee policy ensures that you will not pay a full program fee unless you get pregnant. If you do not become pregnant within 3 cycles and you choose to stop at that point, then you will be under no obligation to pay the remainder of your program fee to us. If you have already paid in full, then we will refund your money, less any applicable program and administrative fees earned up until that point.
